Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Alarty, a SaaS product provided by Alarty, Inc. By using Alarty, you agree to these terms.

Last updated: July 5, 2026

1. Service

Alarty is a software-as-a-service product for tracking vendor subscriptions, renewal deadlines, owners, decisions, and related evidence. Alarty, Inc. ("Alarty", "we") provides the service to the customer ("you") under a subscription.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your credentials secure. Workspace administrators are responsible for the members they invite, the roles they assign, and the data uploaded into their workspace.

3. Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Alarty offers monthly and annual billing options. Annual billing is selected by default where shown; monthly billing is available. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Where required, taxes are calculated and collected through Stripe.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your workspace billing settings. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access continues until then.

4. Refunds

Alarty offers a 7-day refund window on your first Alarty purchase only. After the first 7 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by Alarty support. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you upload to Alarty, including vendor records, contracts, and evidence files. You grant Alarty the rights needed to host, process, and display that data in order to provide the service to you and your workspace.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. See the Acceptable Use Policy for details. Alarty may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Service availability

Alarty is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work hard to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, incidents, or third-party outages may temporarily affect access.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alarty is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the service. Alarty's aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update the service, pricing, or these terms as the product evolves. Material changes to these terms will be communicated by email or in-product notice.
