Data Processing Addendum
Alarty offers data processing documentation, including a Data Processing Addendum where appropriate, for eligible business customers.
Alarty may process customer data to provide renewal management, notice deadline tracking, owner assignment, decision tracking, evidence storage, AI term extraction, reports, billing support, account administration, security, and related services.
Alarty’s data processing documentation is designed to describe:
- the roles of Alarty and the customer
- the types of data processed
- the purposes of processing
- confidentiality and security commitments
- subprocessors used to provide the service
- data deletion and return
- international transfer safeguards where applicable
- assistance with privacy and security requests
