This page provides an overview of Alarty's data processing documentation. It is not itself an executed Data Processing Addendum. Where a DPA applies, the applicable agreement is provided separately for review and acceptance.
Alarty may process customer data to provide renewal management, notice deadline tracking, owner assignment, decision tracking, evidence storage, AI term extraction, reports, billing support, account administration, security, and related services.
Alarty’s data processing documentation is designed to describe:
- the roles of Alarty and the customer
- the types of data processed
- the purposes of processing
- confidentiality and security commitments
- subprocessors used to provide the service
- data deletion and return
- international transfer provisions where applicable
- assistance with privacy and security requests

Email legal@alarty.com or support@alarty.com with your organization name, legal entity, and the type of documentation requested. We’ll review your request and, where applicable, provide the appropriate data processing documentation for review.
