What we collect

  • Account and profile data (name, email, authentication metadata)
  • Workspace, organization, and member data (roles, invites)
  • Vendor, subscription, and renewal data you enter into Alarty
  • Contract and evidence files you upload
  • Billing and customer identifiers plus payment metadata from Stripe (we never receive or store full card numbers)
  • Support communications you send us
  • Technical and log data (IP address, user agent, error logs) for security and reliability

How we use it

  • Provide and operate the Alarty service
  • Secure your account and workspace
  • Process billing and subscription management
  • Provide customer support
  • Improve product quality and reliability

Subprocessors

Alarty relies on a small set of trusted providers to deliver the service:

  • Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage
  • Stripe — payments, billing, tax calculation, and customer portal
  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • OpenAI (or equivalent AI provider) — AI extraction of uploaded contract terms and evidence, when that feature is used
  • Cloud hosting provider — application hosting and deployment

See the subprocessors page for the current list and purposes.

Retention and deletion

We retain your workspace data while your subscription is active. You may request export or deletion of your workspace data by contacting support. Some records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g. billing records).

Your controls

Workspace administrators control member access, roles, and uploaded data. You can update your profile, change your password, or request account deletion at any time.
