What is Alarty?
Alarty is a renewal control system for finance and operations teams. It tracks every vendor subscription, assigns owners, surfaces upcoming notice windows, and keeps decisions and evidence connected.
Who is it for?
Finance leaders, operations leads, and small teams responsible for vendor spend at growing companies, typically anywhere renewals are currently managed in spreadsheets or inboxes.
How do invites work?
Admins generate an invite from inside the app, which produces a shareable invite link. Share that link with the teammate you want to add. When they open the link, they can sign up and join your organization with the role you assigned.
Does Alarty send invite emails?
Not today. Invite delivery is currently link-based. You copy the invite link and share it directly.
What do Controlled, At-risk, and Unknown mean?
Controlled means the subscription has an owner, confirmed terms, and enough notice headroom to make a decision before renewal. At-risk means something is missing or a deadline is closing in. Unknown means there isn't enough information yet to assess risk, usually missing notice period or end date.
What is evidence storage?
Evidence is the contracts, order forms, and supporting documents attached to each subscription. Files are stored privately and only accessible via short-lived links to authorized users in your organization.
Does Alarty replace a procurement tool?
No. Alarty is focused on renewal control: visibility, accountability, deadlines, and decisions. It complements procurement and spend tools rather than replacing them.
